Who Sets Your Agenda For The Day – Your Mind or Your Soul?

Who Sets Your Agenda

Who sets your agenda? Only your mind or your soul through your mind?

Your Mind is a wonderful too to use. But when the Mind becomes the only guiding force for your life, you are missing on creativity and are driven by habitual patterns of living.

Note: Sorry for some mobile signals noise interruptions at two places in this audio.

It’s the nature of your Mind to compare you with others and other things around you. For the most, when you are motivated only from your mind to get something done, the  drive to get it done comes from the feeling of lack.

You realize that you are lacking something on a physical level and are required to do certain things to fill that lack. You are too much focused on the outcome and miss the enjoyment that comes from being in the process of creating.

Unlike that, when you feel inspired from the level of your soul and then set your agenda through your mind, the drive to get things done come from the need to express your true self.

You are already feeling complete and know that the people and things around you are complete in their own sense. You are setting agenda to offer your unique contribution to the people and world around you.

When you set your to-do lists from the position of being inspired (in-spirit) than from being motivated just by your mind, you enjoy the process of getting things done.

I repeat that the Mind is a wonderful tool and we humans are fortunate to have it with us. We are here to use our Mind, not to be used by it.

Let the soul express its uniqueness through your mind and enjoy the process of creating!

difficult task to attain for many in this growing world of materialism but not impossible to achieve at all and after all “the soul would have had no rainbow if our eyes had no tears”… i personally feel its very integral to having a contented life and staying healthy, in mind, spirit and body!:)

True Maitryee. It’s not impossible. I appreciate your input. :-)

you have rightly put the perspective of the relation of mind and soul. In one movie there were some great lines “it is very simple to be happy, but it is very difficult to be simple” let your soul do it and then things are very simple.

Yes you are right. It’s the mind that complicates, the soul just lets you flow.

What we all are not used to is flowing!

      I appreciate your feedback.
